"My friends and I were all so impressed with Gabe Smallwood's Dies Irae -- if he can compose such a difficult, complicated work at 15, I wonder what he'll compose at 20! Who knows -- we might have been the lucky people to have heard the premiere work of a future famous composer!"

"This is the second time I've heard FCC perform Carmina Burana and last evening certainly lived up to my memory of how well it was performed the last time. It is such a difficult piece rhythmically that I am really impressed with the ease with which FCC went through it. It was wonderful and my two friends and I really enjoyed it. In my opinion, there is nothing better than a wonderful night of great music to start the holiday season, so thank you so much!"
